Section 97
Special provisions related to inspection and monitoring of organizations or associations dealing in savings and loans
: (1) Organizations or associations dealing in savings and loans must adopt the monitoring system as prescribed.
(2) The registrar or an officer authorized by the registrar shall conduct inspection and monitoring based on the prescribed monitoring system of the savings and loan trading organization or association.
(3) While inspecting and monitoring the institution or association according to sub-section (2), the registrar or an officer authorized by the registrar may take the assistance of other agencies including Nepal Rastra Bank as necessary.
(4) Other provisions related to the inspection and monitoring of organizations or associations that conduct the main business of savings and loans shall be as prescribed.
